“Money and corruption are ruining the land, crooked politicians
betray the working man, pocketing the profits and treating us like sheep, and
we're tired of hearing promises that we know they'll never keep.”

Whenever government
authorities elected to look after a secular and democratic country, obviously,
the people of the country feel secured and safe. But, if the same government is
drowned into acts of corruption for which they have taken oaths to erase it
out, it is a matter of concern. None can deny this statement.
Burning problems of
corruption were prevalent in early1990s. Frankly, when corruption is
active, economy and societal activities become totally inactive. Unemployment,
price hike, poverty become few side effects of this paralysed society. The government
in 1990s failed to establish peace and communal harmony in the nation.
What shall common people
do when corruption is at the peak? Ministers and influential people that time
just filled up their pocket. Rich became richer and poor became poorer. In that
restless era, corruption was the reason of crime. My father, Hari Singh got trapped in the fierce net of
corruption and today he is behind the bars, just because he wanted to liberate
the people from such miserable conditions. A heart of gem, my
father was a happy man at once who believed to live a simple life.
Self-employed, he owned a truck that was the only bread and butter for our
family.
It
was in 1992 when his smile was snatched away when his truck was robbed away
near Ranchi. His life took a terrific turn. Knowing that the police and lawyers
would help him, for 8 months he prayed for help but was heard by none and
became the victim of corruption. Although he got his truck back, his financial
status became nil and he became totally unemployed.
So
big the hands of corruption and so hurt by the incidences he faced, my father
went through pangs of pain. A true citizen, he also had soft feelings toward
his country, India that was falling apart in the name of communal disharmony
and casteism. Such issues penetrated the veins and soul of my father and one
thing he asked to himself- How to control corruption in India?
One
decision, he raised his voice against lies, faults and betrayals but somehow he
failed to do so. My father who fell into the cobweb of bad times and situations
has been fighting against corruption alone since 1993 for whom? Justice has
been a dream for us. Please join us in the fight for justice!
Your father is a great person. I want to Salute him. He suffer a lot for justices but our government is to lazy..but i hoping this time our CM Mr. Arvind ji listen you and understand your all problems..and i hope one day you get justice. i am with you. God bless you and your Family.
ReplyDeleteSo Arvind Ji is not only against corruption. Other people like Hari Singh also wanted a corruption free society.. Arvind Ji, it's a request please commute Hari Singh's life sentence.
