A Request for Justice to CM, Delhi

We, the common people of India, want to bring in your notice that, twenty years ago, a man fought almost the same battle as you did. He stood up against the tyranny of the system which was crushing the interests of public, putting their safety at stake and making them vulnerable to the violence rampant throughout the country. He served an emergent cause which he believed to be national and the government judged as anti-national and put him behind the bars for a crime he never committed. Sir, when it comes to save a person drowning in a river, breaking a law cannot be the reason for stopping by riverside, and watching that person die. It was one such course in 1993, when the true patriot in Hari Singh awakened and decided to risk everything to make the government know the pains of common people.

Nobody wants to leave a comfortable bed and sleep on a bed of thorns, but Hari Singh did, he never thought about the future of his own and raised a voice against the wrongdoings of bureaucracy. What happened to him after his revolutionary step is known to everyone today, the corrupt government of India in 1993 suppressed his voice for Justice, and here we are, seeking mediation from you, seeking Justice for Hari Singh.

Sir, he is our fellow brother and we are well aware of our duties towards him & his family. Though he never actually committed a crime, yet he has served his life imprisonmenwith a conduct of
high degree of genteel and his plea for pardoning the life imprisonment still lies pending in Honorable President of India’s office. We request you to please look into the matter yourself and attend this call for Justice for Hari Singh, because nobody understands it better but you, the meaning of fighting against corruption and injustice. The world knows that Justice delayed is Justice denied, please help the family of Hari Singh and ensure Justice to them, it has already been delayed too much but better late than never arrived at all, please attend to this plea for asylum to our brother Hari Singh, and put an end to the agonies of the family he has, so that he may be able to complete the responsibilities as a father.
